This is photograph is taken from my favourite lookout at Omberg during a summer evening. It is a very remote part of Omberg that doesn't see many visitors, perhaps for the better, because it is incredibly steep, but that is what makes for the amazing views. This picture is taken towards the south, you can see the big hill covered in spruce and lush trees in golden light. The composition is lacking but simple, but the texture of the shifting forests really makes the photograph enjoyable. Together with lake vättern in the background and the soft colorful sky. The photograph captures the feeling of calm and endless summer.
